Barcelona Best Services will always try to accomodate all early arrivals before the stablished timing and late departures after 11:00am, in function of the availability and depending on the calendar of occupation. There is an overcharge of 30 euros for chek-ins and check-outs before 9:00 am and after 21:00 pm.
Policies:
Booking payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
