There are different options :

  • - Online: you select online, the apartment, the day you enter as well as the day you check out and the number of persons.
  • - Mail: Contact us by email and we will make your reservation
  • - Telephone: Contact us by telephone, and we will make your reservation

  • The 25% will be charged at the moment you make the reservation
  • The 75% remaining, will be charged during your check in proccess

Our payment pages with credit card, have the SSL security with the Servired system. For the prepayment you will be forwarded to the system of secure payment, were you will provide your credit card information in a secure environment

Yes, during the day of your check in, you will be charged a 300 euro security deposit which will be returned to you during the check out process; providing you have fulfilled all of the terms and conditions of your contract.

  • If you cancel, up to 45 days before your arrival, we will return to you 50% of all finance paid 
  • If you cancel with less than 45 days before your reservation, you will be charged the total sum


All the taxes, are included in the price with the exception of the city tax

  • Check in: One of our agents will wait for you at your apartment, where you will sign your contract, receive the keys and confirm the time of your check out.You can use this time as an opportunity to settle any doubts or queries that you may have regarding your apartment or any aspect of your stay.
  • Check out: After a short review of the condition of your apartment, your deposit will be refunded.
