Barcelona Best Services will always try to accomodate all early arrivals before the stablished timing and late departures after 11:00 am, in function of the availability and depending on the calendar of occupation. There is an overcharge of 30 euros for early check-ins and 60 euros for check outs before 21:00pm.

Booking payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
