This apartment, is located in Villa Olimpica, in a very quiet area located close to the beach. During the Olimpic Games of Barcelona the athletes were located in this neighbourhood. Located near the subway stop and bus stops, you will also have the possibility to have a nice walk to reach the city center of Barcelona, where you will enjoy the most emblematic buildings of the city, like la Sagrada familia, la Pedrera, la Casa Batlló etc.. and also other places of interest like the popular Ramblas of Barcelona, The barrio Gotico etc..The apartment is very bright and sunny. It is located in a modern building of new construction. It has a beautiful distribution and capacity for up to 5 persons. It has a small and furnished terrace, with sights to a children park.

Barcelona Best Services will always try to accomodate all early/late arrivals or late departures, in function of the availability and depending on the calendar of occupation. There is an overcharge of 30 euros for check-in 9:00pm and of 60 euros for check-in after 00:00. There is also overcharge of 30 euros for early check-in before 3:00 pm and for late check-out after 11:00 am.
Policies:
Booking payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.
The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.
There is a surcharge for special events if apply.
Cancellation Policy
1) >45 days to booking date, 50 % refunded from booking amount.
2) <45 days to booking date, 0 % refunded from booking amount
